I think he was planning to try to miss-lead us with his will and "information", because he knew he was screwed when james said he was red.

AFAIK, there were only two cc'ers who had results that directly contradict Mroz, and they are James2 and Eliah. And I think they are part of the game mafia. Hell, they probably killed Mroz last night.
