Clarify sheriff interrogation results

"Your target is suspicious" and "Your target is not suspicious" is very similar.

Clarify with:

"You did not find any discrepancies in your target's testimony. They are not suspicious"

"Your target acted strangely. You find them quite suspicious."

This does nothing to change the core gameplay other than as a quality-of-life thing.

BMG has refused to do any bigger changes as of right now, but I don't care if the change is big or small, as long as it is an improvement, that's fine. This is a change that needed to happen anyways at some point.
