I was an amnesiac, along with 2 other amnes, and we had learned who we all were through a consigliere who communicated with us who later died.

All 3 of us, together became consigs and completely obliterated the town with sheer numbers.

Best/Worst wrapped in one. I was exe and of course my target died n1. I became a Jester and made only a few annoying remarks. (Nothing compared to some people when they're Jest) Other than that I didn't talk much. I managed to get lynched, and everyone voted guilty! I haunted the SK because town dead people told me to and ended up winning with maf.

That was the good part.

The bad was a lookout by the name of "the room" who was calling people names, cursing, and bashing people from the start of the game. They also just lynched townies cause they wanted to, they were Trolling to the max imo. I REALLY wanted to kill them as Jest, but I was nice to town and killed SK. The lookout just helped maf kill the other town that day, again using some words that I will not repeat. They left when they were the last town and I was VERY VERY VERY happy that they were gone. I ended up reporting them. I felt it was warranted, but I might've been wrong :/


So I'm glad I won, but how horridly mean and annoying that guy was basically ruined it for me.

Just had a great Mayor game.

Night 1, bodyguard killed SK. However the town lacked investigation roles and slowly died out. Eventually, there were six people standing, and I haven't revealed yet.
I knew there was a mafia killer, a blackmailer, a witch, and a roleblocker among the other five. I thought town was doomed.
However, one person said "I am escort, x is mafia".
Then I revealed myself as mayor. I took my best guess at witch, the claimed escort joined me, and we hung the witch.
After that, escort RBed the mafia killer each night, and I hung a mafia member each day. Town won.
(The final six were me, escort, witch, mafioso, blackmailer, and framer. The poor framer was useless because town has no investigators or sheriffs).

I got out of a game where our Transporter deliberately gamethrew in an attempt to get me hung. I was an Escort.

Later on, I learnt that his reasoning behind this was that two games ago, he was an executioner, and I was his target. He said he wanted to finally lynch me since he was Executioner.

Safe to say I reported that little incident...

I recently had an investigator game where the escort kept role blocking me. By the 3rd day I ask the escort if she could stop role blocking me then some stupid town claims that I'm serial killer. The mayor voted me innocent because he knew that the escort would've died if she role blocked me the first night. Then the town lynches me even though the mayor said I was innocent.
It seriously baffles me how stupid some towns are

I just played a game with the biggest idiots possible. I was the framer. As soon as Day 2 started a guy claimed lookout and started spamming who the mafia was. He got all 3 member correct, although we all visited different people. Nobody got hung shockingly and all 3 of us were pissed in the mafia chat that night. Instead of taking us down though, the jailor executed the sheriff that night, and then the vigilante shot the Jailor after the jailor revealed who he was in the chat after he killed the sheriff. The SK killed the mafioso, but it came down to the investigator, SK, GF, Jester, and me(framer). We hung the jester for some reason I don't remember anymore and he killed me, while the SK targeted the investigator instead of trying to kill a mafia member. We came pretty close to winning even after the hacker/skyper found out who all of us were.

I was the Godfather by the name Mr. Smith and It was the last five people. All my mafia brethern had died and people were beginning to suspect me. There was the Sheriff by the name of McMuffin that I learned earlier, but I didn't kill him because he was no threat to me. There was another guy who I forgot the name of, but he was the Veteran. The other two I didn't know who they were, but the only roles left were random town and executioner. The Town decided it was either me or Jager, one of the two I didn't know what they're role was. Jager claimed he was lookout, but the town didn't believe him because we already lost a lookout and he hasn't spoken throughout the game. We all vote him up and lynch him. He was lookout. I decided to kill McMuffin the Sheriff that night because everyone knew he was the Sheriff. While I waited I was frantically thinking about how I would convince the Veteran that rektscoper was the Godfather. Morning came, in McMuffin's will listed the people he interrogated, and at the bottom was rektscoper's name stating that if he died he was 100% certain that rektscoper was Godfather. By then I pieced together that rektscoper was Executioner turned Jester. The Veteran and I voted him up and he said nothing. When it came time to vote both I voted guilty at first but waited till the last second to cancel my vote leaving the Veteran as the only guilty voter. When the Jester's message came up I started laughing menaically (in-game of course, not in real life). That night I didn't attack because he was the Veteran and didn't want to risk dying. Morning came and the Veteran was dead. The Mafia, along with the Jester, had won. I looked in the end game chat and I guess someone asked why the Jester didn't kill me, because someone said that he didn't kill me because he couldn't, I had abstained, then someone called me and evil mastermind which made me really happy.

My worst Town of Salem game was when I was randomly lynched as an Arsonist. This one person just said, "HEY! YOUR THE ARSONIST!". They didn't even say they were investigator. And to add humiliation, people actually believed her.... like, seriously, what the heck?! I know the town can be stupid sometimes but this is just a gold mine of stupidity. Just going to have to try another game.... *sigh*

Day 4: No mafia kills. I thought I found mafia when a guy named Porky said "I am a vig, i shot Jeff hes arsonist." So we all hung Jeff, he was arso. I knew he was mafia but didnt say anything.
(Mayor revealed one of these days idk when :/)

Day 5: I rbed Porky, no mafia kills. Porky- "Idiot escort rbing the vig, going to make the town lose." Still didnt say anything.

Day 6: Rbed Porky no mafia kills. I finally decided to speak up. "Ive rbed Porky the past two nights, no mafia kills. He also claimed to shot the arso when there was no mafia kills. Porky is mafia." We put Porky on the stage. He says the same old "Idiot escort im vig." We almost hung him, he was saved by the mayor X-X. (He also whispered to me how much of an idiot I was for trying to hang the vig and asked me not to rb him)

Day 9: I Claimed one last time Porky was mafia one last time. Porky then says "Maybe youre just a consort trying to frame me." Me, Daffy (medium), and the mayor vote Porky up. He says again that I'm consort. Mayor, and the two other mafia innoed. After Porky was saved, mayor votes ME up. I said how Ive rbed Porky everynight and mafia hasnt killed. Daffy innos. Mayor, two mafia guilties, Porky abstains.

Night 9: Everyone in the dead chat is pissed at the mayor. People and the medium suspect that the mayor threw the game for mafias sake.

Day 10: Mayors dead (Oh did he get a mouth full from the dead.) The three mafia hang Daffy and game ends. Pork descibed* the game as the must stressful game hes ever played.

I was Survivor and there were 4 people left. Another Survivor, Mafioso, and Vet. I get voted up and lynched. Other Surv is killed by mafia. Vet dies by maf two nights later. Survivor was the second to last role I needed to win with for the achievement.

Wouldn't say my worst but one of the worst games.

By a combination of whispers, mafia chat and visitings I knew who was part of the 3 person mafia by Day 4 and 6 townies still remained because they killed neutrals for 3 days straight and had consorts and consigs visit the townies. I died the next day and I specifically wrote, in caps, who was part of mafia and who was part of town and clearly stated I was certain of it.

Guess what they did? They apparently thought the BG was evil because he visited someone according to our lookout, even though I died on the same day and my will was clearly visible for everyone to see. I had wrote BOTH the BG and that Lookout was NS but they didn't even mention my will once.

Made me want to take my anger out passively aggressively on the customers at my new fast food job.

This happened yesterday. I don't know if this is best or worst, but it is definitely the most hilarious game I've been in during my fledgling ToS career and even more so the main reason why I will never underestimate Town's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Literally my only regret is that I don't have screenshots. (I was framer Yolo Swagicelli if anyone remembers.)

Not that long but I'll spoiler it anyway. (Crossposted from tumblr)

Spoiler: So I’m framer and things are going pretty swell until the sheriff (coming off of freshly identifying SK) points their finger at me. They specifically used the word “investigated” so i figured i’d remind the town that their random was another doctor and that their investigator was already dead. I still wound up getting hanged.

After my other two mafia mates decided to kill the other doctor (one was already dead) and made plans to kill the sheriff tomorrow, sheriff points their finger at the mafioso. At this point I'm ready to say gg town and sit back while my other mafia mates get picked off by the sheriff, because I figured the town would have to do something really, really, really stupid to lose the game now.

Three guesses as to what the town does, and the first two don't count.

Give up?

The town instead decides to hang the sheriff.

For no reason whatsoever.

A few more night killings and at least one more town hanging had mafia winning with me as their only casualty and I’m still laughing like a madman.

Well, this is somebody else's success rather than mine, but I'd like to congratulate a player I just finished a game with.
The town was getting destroyed; there was an exe who had already won, (Me) a SK, a GF, a Framer, a Jester, and a doctor.

I point out that the town has essentially lost since there are 4 bad roles against 1 townie. A player admits to being the doctor, and this one person calls them out as a liar, claiming to be the real doc. We all congratulate this idiot on stupidly revealing his role to a group of people who all want to kill him. He gets voted up almost instantly, and unanimously hung.

He was Jester.

Turns out when there's one townie left and 3 of the 5 surviving players want him lynched, it's a good idea for the jester to claim his role. Right off the bat, he gets voted up by the mafia and SK, as well as the person whose role he was claiming.

Obvious in retrospect, perhaps, but we conceded that it was a pretty good move to think up on the spot.

This happened yesterday. I don't know if this is best or worst, but it is definitely the most hilarious game I've been in during my fledgling ToS career and even more so the main reason why I will never underestimate Town's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Awesome game as Veteran.

I didnt go on alert Night 1.
No one died.
Someone claims to be survivor. We lynched him. Since no leads means one free lynching for neutrals.

N2 I went on alert after I posed as a leader and organizer of the town. Killed the Consort.
Due to Consorts will a person named Shino was accused being Sk. Althought Consorts will referd to N1. And that Consort died by Veteran.
I pleaded inno. And the crowd listened to me. Two guys voted guilty, eight inno.

N3 I went on alert again. Since I managed to get someone off the gallows who is inno. I would appear as a threat to the Sk.
I guessed that Mafia wouldnt attack me for a while since they knew who I am. Since the mafia knew who I am, everyone should know. So I wrote my deathnote: "I am Copper the Veteran!"
I killed 3 guys.

D4 The Jailor executed one of the guilty voters yesterday. It was Watson the Survivor. And 3 people died by the Veteran.
The Godfather, who tried to kill me. The Janitor, who tried to clean my house. And the Serial Killer, who tried to kill me as well. And everyone had the deathnote with my name on it.

After the announcement of the victims passed, the victory screens pops up and I shout:"I am Copper the Veteran!"

That was one of my best and shortest Veteran games ever.

Jailor was brought back and he knew fully well who I was. I never gave town clues on who I sided with and I was never asked. I mostly sided with the Jailor until it was only just me, the Jailor and the Serial Killer. Safe to say, when this opportunity lies itself in front of you, you take it!

I was Arso. Immediately I realized I was screwed. However, I had the element of surprise: I was an any spot. Testing out a new strategy, I decided to hold off until the lategame to start dousing. First night I am attacked by mafia. 2nd night no mafia kills, so there is no death note proclaiming my immunity. Third night no mafia deaths. That day, a townie randomly accuses another of being mafia without any evidence. Realizing this is an obvious exe, I vote their target onto the stand and vote guilty. Can't hurt having any allies as arso, right? The person is lynched 3-1. Exe proclaims victory in the chat. Fourth night a death note shows up saying I'm immune, but someone has found the sk, and we don't pay attention to it. Serial killer is hung, and at the last second of the day, I whisper to the exe that I hung his target, that I am arso, and that if anyone asks, act like I've been transporting myself with him since his reveal. N5 is a bloodbath: 4 people die. Nothing eventful happens until the final five. One mafia, a jailor, a vig, exe, and myself. We all role claim, and the exe backs up my transporting claim. They correctly pin the mafia, believing he is the last baddie, and double execute him that night. Suprisingly to them, the game does not end. I realize I am in a bind. Town might not be able to hang me, but Jailor was going to execute me sooner or later, and I even though I knew the jailor's identity for a long time before that, I had to keep my cover. By some providence, jailor disconnects from the game. The vig is very confused, and the exe and I try to shift blame on him. Naturally, we need three votes to convict, so we enter into the night phase. Exe whispers me that tonight was going to be amazing, which I thought was kind of weird, seeing as I'd need 2 nights to kill the vig and win the game. I douse the vig that night.

Day comes. Vig... is dead. Killed by... A Vigilante.

The exe was a witch. One of the greatest bluffs I'd ever seen in game. We won, and I didn't even ignite a single person.

Just now I played a custom game, standard custom setup. I saw pretty early that a person by the name of "Link" joined the town, so I said what the hell and named myself Navi. Of course, Link says "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" as I shout "Hey! Listen!" as I decide to roleplay Navi. Turns out this was an excellent choice, as I was blessed with the role of Jester. How fun!

Day 1, I do the gratuitous "Hey", "Listen", and "Watch out" while Link rages behind me. Luckily night 1 goes without event (at least, for me). I start out with some "Hey! Listen!", but then Link shouts in chat that I am either Disguiser or Jester. Turns out Link was an Investigator. I halfheartedly cover my tracks, of course starting every line with "Hey!" or "Listen!". I get lynched, with a few abstaining, Link being one of the abstainers. I quickly typed "Hey! Listen! I'm a jester!" followed by "WATCH OUT!" before my timely death. I kept in character for the rest of the game, annoying the dead, especially Link when he dropped in. It all went well until Link put me in a bottle...

Today was a good day...
