Really bad game I just had last night.

I'm doc.

First night I heal a player named red. He's attacked.

D2 a player named Jack, says to kill red "because he's susp". Offered no further explanation. Really dumb town votes him up. Myself and a few other reasonable players say not to lynch red and explain Jack might be Exe or an evil trying to take advantage of dumb town. They lynch him. red turns out to be the Lookout. Good job dumb town.

Jack convinces them to kill another townie on false claims after revealing as Sheriff.

I was apparently framed at some point and Jack investigated and I came up mafia. He convinces the whole town I'm mafia even after I healed him the night after he revealed as Sheriff and he was attacked.

Post my will in chat. Try to defend myself. Jack just spamming telling everyone I'm a liar. I get lynched. Everyone sees I'm doc and gets mad. Jack get's killed by mafia that night.

He comes into dead chat and starts talking about how bad I am at the game and saying I'm a terrible doctor even though he was responsible for 3 town deaths and never once provided good info as Sheriff...

So that was fun.

in one game there were 5 peapole left. me as doctor, another doctor, witch and 2 mafias. i knew who the other doctor was and he knew who i was. then the witch reveals themselfs and i whipered to him "im mafia lets lynch this guy". lynch failed and the day was off, but next day we lynched the one of the mafia bros. witch was confused and was killed by the other mafia because he couldnt kill me or the other doctor. when we were voteing the last mafia off, the ther doctor decided to vote me because he was confused, i thought town cant be that stubit. in middle i slaped some sence to him so he would remeber the times he saved me from mafia and vampire attacks. after he realised hes mistake. then we voted last mafia off.

Just played a game as survivor

I had a plan, which entailed remaining quiet, non-suspicious and most importantly NOT CLAIMING SURV!!

Night 1 - I vested and incidently was attacked.
Day 2 - I was now forced to admit that I was survivor, as there were no deaths and the mafia were sure to out me in their death note the next day.
Day 3 - someone claimed doused, and mentioned that survivor is a claim an arsonist can make. Still, I remained calm. I was not going to beg these people to keep me alive, as this would inevitably make me more suspicious. If they were going to vote me up based on that logic, then so be it.

For the next few nights, the transporter decided to use me as a meat shield (which annoyed me at the time but read on!)

Day 6(?) - someone claimed transported and said they were doused. I also claimed transported, which indicated the arsonist was in fact going for me (no idea why).

A few days later (the transporter left me alone for a couple of days after this) it was down to me, mafioso, arsonist and transporter.

Some guy suddenly claimed that he was the survivor and I was the arsonist. I remained calm, and reminded the town that I was transported with the arsonist's intended target only days earlier. There was only one transporter in the game. We lynched that guy and he was indeed arsonist. During his trial I received whispers from both the transporter and the mafioso asking for my vote. I simply whispered to the transporter to swap themselves with the mafioso.

The next day no one had died (obviously, the mafioso knew that going for either of us would cause them to lose)
It was up to me to decide. My least favourite part of survivor role is choosing, especially between two friends

My logic was this:
The mafia attacked me night 1. Sure, they didn't know I was survivor but still a reason to vote against them.
The transporter saved me from being doused at least once (and probably more, only they would know).
Taking myself out of the equation, the transporter would win by default.

The transporter and I lynched the mafioso!

D2-Two people come forward claiming to be RM roles. We lynch one of them, and he is the new Mafioso.

N2-The jailor executes the 2nd RM claim, and they are also Mafia.

D3- Town offers to help the NE win. SK claims Jester and gets himself lynched just so that the real NE wouldn't win. Game ends on D3.

INTENSE game...

This is a custom setup, the host called it "The Social Experiment." 14 Vigilantes. ONE Serial Killer.


Night 1: 4 people are killed. I am killed, another is shot 3 times (he was being a jerk), and one is shot and stabbed. One of them also died from guilt, since he shot the jerk. They are all, of course, Vigilantes.

Day 2: Seeing the disaster that has unfolded, Samuel Parris takes control of the town and urges anyone who has not used there bullets yet to abstain from shooting. The town (or what's left of it) listens to him.

Night 2, all the failed vigilantes (5 in total) commit suicide, and thankfully the Serial Killer stabs someone who was committing suicide anyway. Also, no one shoots, as they listen to Parris. This leaves 5 Vigilantes and a Serial Killer.

Samuel Parris takes control of the remainder of the town and starts to metagame. However, everyone passes the metagame test, including the Serial Killer.

Parris runs out of time and doesn't get to lynch anyone, but still urges the town not to shoot anyone that night. Samuel Parris survives the night, but another vigilante is stabbed.

Polandball is extremely suspicious of Parris not dying yet, and accuses him of being a manipulative Serial Killer. Parris fights back and accuses Polandball. Both vote each other and gain the support of the townies. Polandball is acquitted at trial that day, and just as the town is about to vote Parris, time runs out.

That night (night 4,) Polandball and Parris shoot each other, thinking the other is the Serial Killer. They both die form getting shot and of guilt, but the Serial Killer also stabs Polandball, leaving just 2 vigilantes and a Serial Killer.

Day 5, this is the town's last chance to win. The survivors are apple pen, Ann Hibbins and Sullox.

All 3 of these people accuse each other, since all of them have been quiet the entire game. Sullox says he is Vigilante and shot Ann Hibbins last night, but she was immune. Ann Hibbins says she was never shot and accuses Sullox of being the Serial Killer. apple pen, reluctantly, sides with Sullox and puts Hibbins on trial. Hibbins says that she was the first person to pass Samuel Parris' metagame test from earlier, and that Sullox was the last- and as it turns out, this is true. apple pen acquits while Sullox votes guilty. Sullox is put on trial with no time left in the voting phase. It is his last chance, so apple pen is forced to vote guilty, and incredibly, Sullox is the Serial Killer. The town wins the game in a thrilling fashion; and this is the first time ever I have seen metagaming actually work.

I had this great game as Consort. I completely deceived the Vigilante and then killed him last when I had become Mafioso. After the game was over we agreed it was a fun game because we'd been working together and I turned out to be evil. Next game I was Witch and I found the Janitor on the second night. So at the end of day 3 I whispered them "hey fam" so they'd know who I was. We had a short convo the following day that I was witch and he mafia and then he mentioned he was the Vig from the previous game. Two nights later when there is only the Mafia, one Town, and me left, they lynched me because that user was mad that I'd killed him last game so he hadn't won so he was killing me this game as revenge even though we were allies. He then proceeded to be very salty about it saying that I "tarnationed" him over last game so I didn't deserve to win this game and that I was the salty one. Some people! I think it's just terrible to carry a grudge over across games, especially when you're allies now. I was playing my role well when I'd been Mafia, he was just being a sore loser when he was. I wish we could block players so we don't have to play with people we don't like...

There were no leavers, gamethrowers or spammers, and the town was active enough. WTF.

Recently I won a ranked game as vigilante. Some other players were a bit dumb. This things happened:
Someone claims vampire in day 1. In day 2, is ask him if he is actually vamp. He says "yes". I decide to shoot him, but I'm jailed. I was really lucky, because the person who claimed vampire was killed by the mafia in the same night (stupid move). He was the DOCTOR!!
I told everyone to report him for gamethrowing, but I'm sure that no one else did it. At the end, he said that it wasn't gamethrowing and that it was a "jester play". *facepalm* This is just stupid.... WHY???
I don't understand why some players worry so much about being killed by the evil guys, but don't mind if they are killed by townies. I would shoot that guy if I weren't jailed.

Also an amnesiac remembered witch (weird choice. Maybe he wanted a challenge)

Then the retri ressurrected the doctor, so I whispered my role to him.
Inmediatly, the spy says "[My name] IS CLAIMING VIGILANTE". Dumb move. The amne-witch controlled me the next night, but luckily I was transported.
We managed to lynch the mafioso with my counter claim (however, someone was trying to kill me since the beggining saying that I was susp). During the next night, I "randomly" shoot someone because they were quiet, they didn't vote the mafioso up to the stand and then voted guilty. He was the witch and was executed by the jailor the same night.

I was survivor, not the arsonist, but n1 I vested, wasn't attacked. n2 I didn't vest but was transported, and the person I was transported with (according to the trans) was killed. Next two nights, I vest and am attacked (not trans'd). We eventually lynch the last maf, who claims he thought I was being used as a meatshield, which is why he attacked me three times.

Now, the arsonist ignites, leaving 4 people left: the sheriff, spy, arsonist, and me, the surv. I was about to side with town, valuing a quick finish to the game. However, I decided to test the town and, after voting up the arsonist - which at this point, with two town and one surv, should have been a clear win. However, I notice after a few seconds that nobody votes, so I vote innocent to see if they both vote guilty (since he was confirmed arso, couldn't be jester or anything); both abstain (the spy had voted but cancelled his vote for some reason???), apparently assuming that I would vote with them there too, and since I don't like abstainers (the sheriff had been abstaining for almost the entire game), I decided to side with the arsonist.

And that's how abstaining can turn an assured victory for town into a loss.

Rolled mafioso in all any:
Mafia consisted of me and a blackmailer.

Day 1: someone called meme said 'don't visit me'

Night 1: killed some guy, cursing my horrid luck of a two man mafia. I knew there would be some other evil roles.

Day 2: a lookout and a serial killer died to a veteran. They visited meme. Veteran confirmed. Meme said, again, to not visit them. Someone called Lafayette claimed doused and said they were survivor. Someone called Any called out a potential arsonist.

Night 2: the blackmailer decided to visit meme (facepalm). Whatever. I tried to kill someone but was controlled by a witch.

Day 3: surprisingly the blackmailer didn't die. However the transporter died to veteran, meaning they saved the blackmailer from death! The witch made me kill a sheriff using the name Apple the Fruit. An amnesiac remembered serial killer. The person who called the arsonist out was an investigator and they left the game during the night. He claimed bodyguard and said he guarded Fruit the Banana. However, Fruit the Banana said he was doused. We lynched him, and he was arsonist.

Night 3: I told the blackmailer the witch had me. I was controlled again.

Day 4: Lafayette whispered to me that they knew I was mafioso and they were witch. I asked them to stop controlling me. Apple the Fruit was brought back to life.

Night 4: I attacked someone called James Bayley but he was immune.

Day 5: the blackmailer was stabbed by a serial killer. I whispered to Lafayette to control James. At this point it was me the mafioso, James Bayley the serial killer, Lafayette the witch, Apple the Fruit the revived sheriff, Meme the veteran and Fruit the Banana the retributionist.

Night 5: I killed Apple the Fruit again. Lafayette controlled James Bayley to kill Fruit the Banana.

Day 6: I was going to get the witch to send the serial killer to the veteran, but we ended up hanging James Bayley. I told Lafayette to do nothing that night, just in case.

Night 6: slept!

Day 7: Lafayette and I hung meme!

so we voted The Veteran and voted Innocent

we kept doing the same thing for the next day
we did it two times before lynching him.

ikr, once I lost a game due to this. I was the last townie, a veteran with only one alert left. The other two players were the jester and the mafioso. Both of them were acting like a jester. But then the real jester sided with me and voted against the mafioso. When he was on trial, both of us abstained. We kept voting the mafioso up, but I was afraid of a jester and the jester refused to vote. We put him on trial 3 times, but he was always pardoned because nobody wanted to vote guilty. And then the day ended.
I used my last alert that night.
When the day starts, there is only one dead. The jester. The funny thing about this is that the mafioso was going to attack me last night, but he missclicked and killed the jester. That mistake saved him. I could avoid this if I voted guilty on the mafioso...

Something similar happened to me actually.
I was mafioso, and voted guilty on the last town, but the gf kept voting innocent to troll the last townie.
Eventually night fell, and the gf didn't attempt to kill the last townie.
I was irritated so I just took matters into my own hands and killed the last townie.

That was the first game I ever met a really trolly gf.
