Ranked games

My account says it needs 10 more practice ranked games but I have played more than 10 full practice ranks. Before the server restart, my account had all the requirements to play the ranked games, and I joined a ranked game. So why doesn't it let me play a ranked game now?

Have you encountered this Situation on the Public Test Realm (PTR) or on the live servers? If it is on the PTR, have you done your RP-games there aswell or only on the live servers?
