Is there a difference between certain companies or something that makes the others suck?

I got two at the same store. Same packaging, the only visible difference was that one was white and the other blue. I would assume they came from the same company. The white one was lighter, and spun for about a minute and thirty seconds if I got it really going. The blue one was heavier, and spun for less than half that, if I had to guess. There might be more than one company, in fact, I bet there is, but it's also due to cheap manufacturing by some.

That's strange. One would thinks that if they are indeed from the same company, they would have some sort of quality control set up to ensure that all the toys were of a similar build. If one is heavier, that would imply more material went into it's making, which would likely come at more of a cost to the manufacturer. Normally a company would want to avoid that sort of thing.
