Ranked practice counter broken

I have played about 100 or so games and ive played many many ranked practice games yet its not counting ut so i can get into ranked. HELP!!

Games that you leave early are not counted towards your gamesplayed.

As an add-on to this: Always make sure you use the button that pops up when a game is done "Return to lobby" (I think it's called) to go to the end-game screen. That's the successful way of leaving a game after it's done. If you press the "leave game" button at the top, it just boots you out and makes it so the game doesn't count.
