Did not get 2000 Town Points with Steam Purchase of ToS

Not sure if this is where I put this, but I need help and it kinda seems like a bug that if you purchase ToS twice on the same steam account you don't get the town points both times?

So I've previously owned ToS on this steam account and honestly I have no clue where it went so I just decided to repurchase it because ayy I get town points for my purchase anyways. Problem is I didn't get any town points this time around....
My 2 purchases are shown below. First time on June 20th 2015 and second time on November 21st 2018.

This is because you can't link 2 accounts to the same Steam ID. The old account would have to be unlinked by the Devs, which only happens in very rare extenuating circumstances.

I suggest sending an e-mail over to info@blankmediagames.com and explaining the situation and adding those receipts (or link this thread) and they can let you know whether it's possible in your circumstance.
Keep in mind that a reply can take up to 3-5 working days, depending on how many e-mails they receive.
