Can't use new green spider in steam

I have steam version and I bought the web 5$ pack
But I still want to play from steam when I am home, I can't equip or see my green spider.
If that can be fixed thanks.

Did your money get removed from your account? If so, send your receipt to info@blankmediagames.com and let them know you didn't get your content. Be sure to include your username and Steam Account Name.

If not, then you will have to re-purchase as the purchase didn't go through.

My the slot for my spider shows up but the picture just says loading it works fine i switch to the web version but i can't use my spider through steam i tried setting my pet to random it selected the spider and my pet was invisible the whole match :/

This is a known issue and should be fixed soonish (tomorrow the latest)

In the mean time you can download the individual SWFs and replace them in your Steam folder;
