Appealing my guilty for streaming

I was guilty for streaming and It been so long ago I may have just accidentally forgot to hit Mafia tab (I really wish this game was more streamer friendly sometimes).

I am not suspended, I was just told you can appeal them. I just don't want to get banned for something dumb like that.
