I found a forum user with the flair "In Memory Of".

Y...O....U H....A...V....E FOUND ..... D...RE...A...D

What does this mean and why do they have it? I think I know.. but I may be wrong (hopefully I am wrong)

Blue is correct. The users that do have this flair are more or less confirmed dead :'c
