Trial bot is refusing to send my reports

I have sent two messages asking for my reports, I check up on them daily does that have something to do with? Is the bot programmed to ignore those who ask for them to much, somekind of time refresh?

It's usually every 5 minutes it sends out reports to those who request them.
(There is no signature)

Make sure that "All" is the only thing in your message (that's what I always do and it works fine).
