ranked up but didn't get lobby portrait

Hey, I recently reached 1400 ELO (Gold) and I haven't received my lobby icon. Is this a bug?

Have you tried re-logging? (Kinda obvious, but the client might not have refreshed.)

Otherwise, pretty sure they're given out post-season.

You will get lobby icon depending on your skill level after this season. You can't get them instantly when you rank up I think.

Yeah, I tried re-logging, but I didn't receive it. I can probably assume they're given out at the end of the season. Thanks.

The lobby portraits are given out at the end of a season. If you’re referring to the icon that some people have that’s shown when you change ranks. That was given out at the end of the legacy season.
