To win an argument with a bullet.
The Danganronpa (DR) Community is based around a single game, Danganronpa. Although the game is based on a video game of the same name, it doesn't require any knowledge of the game it is based on to play.
Danganronpa is a game of trust and deceit, investigation and deduction. Remember, it's also about having fun and messing with others. Your goal is to survive. There are 2 ways to do that--either you murder someone and get away with it, or you never murder anyone but always successfully accuse the culprit of any murder. Of course, everyone will make it as hard as possible for you to discover if they were the killer.
For the holiday event we're going to have a Christmas party. Some of you might not leave this place alive... ^_^
HOWEVER
In order to streamline the game, we have decided to have the parts of the killer and victim played by actors, who will join this game.
Because of this, there is no risk of not getting to play the whole game!
In addition, we have taken the decision to cut out the roaming phase of the game. We do not do this lightly, however this has allowed us to create a specialised murder that can always be solved. Be warned, you are in for a ride here!
Otherwise, this game is split into 3 phases:
Introduction - During this phase, you may freely perform inconsequencial actions in-thread and greet your fellow players. Feel free to RP as much as you want here. At the end of this phase, we will send you what happened to you after this phase.
Investigation - During this phase, you now have full free reign to do whatever you want! Rememeber, however, you need to find the soloution to the murder... before it's too late! During this phase, you may perform the special action /take Truthbullet [Evidence]. This will store the evidence for later, which can be presented in the class trial. You have acsess to 3 bullets (evidence slots) in the class trial! After 48 hours, the class trial will begin.
Class Trial - Now, for the remainder of the game, you argue with your fellow players! WHO IS THE KILLER? HOW DID THEY DO IT? During this phase, you can reveal the truthbullets you took during the investigation, and also vote for who the killer is. Remember, you will lose if you guess wrong, so be sure to get it right!
