Abilities:
Speed up time and bring the phase to an end.
Attributes:
-After one fifth of the time of that phase, you may click the day icon (day) or yourself (night) to end that phase.
-You may only do this once per every round. (includes one day and night)
-Everyone will be alerted that the time has been sped up.
-Phases you can speed up include: discussion, voting, defense, judgement, and the night. You may not speed up last words.

-Your target is waiting for the perfect moment to strike. They might be a sheriff, executioner, werewolf, or clockwinder. (Investigator)
-Your target can't seem to live in the present moment. They must be a clock-winder. (Consigilere)
-Your target is not suspicious. (Sheriff)
Lore:
You used to make clocks and dreamed of having your business be successful. However, you were always impatient and made decisions to fast failing it. You blame the town for the fact that your clocks weren't bought and wish to fix the market. You visited a fortune-teller who told you your dreams would come true eventually in your life. Years and years passed...nothing. You then spent some time trying to make a device that could speed up time and bring you closer to that time and you succeeded. It could fast-forward time but it had a cool-down of once per day. When the evil-doers arrived, you knew it was your chance. Your device wasn't very effective in terms of bringing you closer to an event years, maybe even decades, away. The time is ticking.
Additional Information (mostly about game play and strategies):
-The clock-winder must exercise caution when choosing to speed up phases as it effects everyone, including evil-doers. It can even cast suspicion on evil-doers if it is used incorrectly.
-This role forces town to not be indecisive and instead make wise choices fast.
-Conversations like the medium and jailer are cut-off BUT mafia and vampire chat is too.
-This neutral evil must cooperate with the evil-doers to make sure they give them enough time while harming town.
-Town's votes must be made quickly as they could speed judgement up after evil-doers have voted guilty.
-If the clock-winder is the last evil-doer left, the town will instantly win.
-With this role, night abilities should be made quickly before time is sped up(unless daytime was sped up).
-Town doesn't have all the time in the world at night to write wills(unless daytime was sped up).
