If You Are Role blocked While Trying To Steal Someone's Ability You Will Instead Take The Role blocking Ability.

Sheriff: Your target is a Thief!
Consigliere/CL: Your target is highly skilled in the action of thieving! They must be a Thief.

Additional Information:
You can steal the ability of all Non-Unique town.
If you steal the ability of a GodFather or a Mafioso you will just get Basic Attack for one night, but you won't control the mafia.
If you visit a Serial Killer or a WW on a full moon you will die.

While I was making the role, I didn't notice the RNG factor, I only added that in because it needed a nerf, and Vampire only kills MAFIA, and not even all of them anyways...
