ROLE IDEA: BISHOP

Role name: Bishop

Alignment: Town Protective

Goal: Lynch every criminal and evildoer.

Win Conditions:
Wins with the Town
Wins with Survivors
Must kill the Mafia
Must kill Serial Killers
Must kill Arsonists
Must kill Witches
Must kill Werewolves
Must kill Vampires

Abilities: Bless 3 people with Holy Water, you are able to bless yourself once.

Attributes:
- Anyone who is blessed with Holy Water will be immune for one night only.

Special Attributes:

-Immune to vampire bites, the Bishop’s church is filled with garlic.

Additional Information:
If a vampire visits the bishop, every town player will receive the message: ‘Bless thee soul, for the children of the night have come!’ which the Bishop shouts, to let any of the town know that vampires are present.

Investigative Results:
Sheriff: Your target is not suspicious.
Investigator: Survivor/ Vampire Hunter /Witch / Bishop - Your target keeps to themselves.

Lore:
After the previous bishop made the mistake of not hanging onion wreaths in his church, he was fatally bitten by the ‘children of the night’ and became a vampire himself. Taking the necessary precautions, the new Bishop hopes to not make the same mistake and sells onion wreaths to potential victims of the vampires, blessing those who seem to be the most vulnerable to the evildoers in this town.

I like the idea, but a couple of things:

Bishop, being a preacher, should not really "keep to themselves" lore-wise.
The message thing isn't bad... It's not great either.

A Town Protective should never have a limited number of uses. It makes it UP.

This seems too overpowered. I don't think it should give the message because it would spoil the game in AllAny, which is one of the more commonly played game modes, and I think the investigation results aren't prime. This is because a Bishop doesn't "stick to the shadows" and it would make an OP result for the Witch and every role in it. The survivors now have an easy claim, making it even more easy to win as.

I'm not sure making people immune for one night is going to be effective. It would be a big nerf to the arsonists and werewolf, but otherwise function as a limited doctor.
