I can confirm this has happened. I was a witness myself on this one. They got bit on the 2nd to last night that was played in this one and revealed herself and the biting vampire. I personally feel like this one was likely because she got mad about getting converted to the losing team. The vampires in dead chat all stated that they have reported this individual as well so since no chat logs were screenshotted, I'm going to go ahead and ask the staff if they can pull the relative report/game logs for this in case they have any questions or input.
