Reports regarding in-game Offenses

Since there are many threads about reporting players in-game, I thought'd I'd make this thread. Here are two different report examples:

Report A:
Spoiler: Subject: Report: Beserker (Spamming)

Berserker was spamming multiple times in game and would not stop.


Report B:
Spoiler: Subject: Gamethrower

Name of Offender: phoenix
Offence: Gamethrowing
Date: 8/15/2014
Evidence: http://imgur.com/jptiKjf

Report A is a valid report. It includes a Screenshot, a Username, and the Subject has the name and offense in it.

Report B is an invalid report. It does include a screenshot, but it is a screenshot of an in-game name. We cannot ban them because we don't have a username.

Remember to use the in-game report function. Posting a report and saying you reported them in game does not speed up the process, merely clutters the report section.
If you have a video of someone cheating (Including their username), you can report it here. If you have a screenshot of players in a lobby breaking the rules, you can report it here. If you have any questions regarding what is against the rules and what is reportable, feel free to post it here or ask a staff member.
