Dylan the gamethrowing jailor

reporting Dylete (ign dylan) for gamethrowing/ trolling. I was Mayor Slayer and my role was vigilante. here's a rundown of what happened:

day 1: claims spy
day 2: i spytest him several times and warn him that if he doesn't pass the test it will not be good. he refuses to confirm.
night 2: since the town won't hang him (they figured he was a jester), i shoot him. logical thing to do, right?
day 3: his role is jailor. JAILOR!

why would a jailor claim spy, one of the easiest roles to confirm? the answer: gamethrowing. now he may argue that it is a tactic (a really poor tactic at that), but he later admits that he does this ever game and has not been banned yet. Please, remove this gamethrowing troll. players like him do not belong in our community. (and i will admit now that i used alot of profanity and caps in the dead chat. i was angry, and for good reason i would say!). thank you.

I claimed spy day 1 to keep the evil killing roles off me. No evil is going to attack a target with potential tp's on them, or if they are jestering.

And exactly how was this gamethrowing? I didnt exactly ask to get shot by vig, i didnt leave, i didnt try and make other factions win.

For the record, you didn't tell me you were vig and gona shoot me. If you did i would of told you my plan. I was in the clear, in terms of evils not attacking me, until you messed that up.

So it was a failed strategy... not gamethrowing. Get your facts right.

I was in a game with Dylan/Dylete, I believe shortly following yours, and he claimed spy, PASSED MY SPY TEST - I was godfather and whispered 'waffles' to my mafioso and he typed 'waffles' - AND WOUND UP BEING AN ARSONIST. I reported him in game and when I called him out on it and asked him how he knew, he said he was hacking.

I wish I had taken a screenshot to confirm. :/

That is the worst "tactic" I've ever heard. Spies are high on the mafia hit list, and claiming spy and failing a spy test is naturally going to make a townie want to kill you, which I did, because I did not believe you were a spy. Additionally, I told him to pass my spy test or he would regret it. That was my warning that I was going to shoot him. Dylan, stop trying to defend your actions with "it was a tactic". What you did was no tactic, it just made you a bigger target than before. Please remove this gamethrower from the community if he will not take it seriously.

Pretty sure hacking like you said in town of salem is impossible, since its all server based. And if they can, the mods can look back at my previous games, to see that i always say waffles.

Also, yes i did say i was hacking in a sarcastic manner. You think i would admit it if i actually was? Which i cant because it is not possible!

With all due respect, I disagree. There are multiple people who have witnessed and agree that it's gamethrowing, as well as several people who confirm that he does this all the time. Now I know I have had a beef with this guy before, and my previous "report" shows that he will not take this game seriously; which frankly should be unacceptable in ranked. I do understand how this could be a poor tactic, but multiple have confirmed that he uses this "tactic" constantly. Anyone who can read well enough to play this game long enough to be in ranked can figure out when a strategy does not work and cease to use said strategy: ergo if he continues to do so then he is trying to ruin the game. My previous report may not contain enough evidence to show he is trolling, but it should be used as a reference here to show that he will do anything to ruin a ranked game; which is what he did here. I respect your decision, Shapesifter, but I politely disagree and would ask you to reconsider after hearing my reasoning and evidence. Thank you.

I have never cheated or hacked or even skyped during a town of salem game. This guy just got incredibly salty when he shot me as vig, and has made it his goal to get me banned.

I never intend to make or let another team win, and as you can see from my elo and win/loss ration i win and lose a fairly even amount of my games, so explain to me how i game throw and don't take this game seriously.

And yes i do use this tactic often, and it works out fine in most cases. Please stop with your annoying personal vendetta and just play the game.

Dylete, we keep going in circles, so I'm just gonna say this: your circular reasoning is a fallacy, therefore your argument is invalid.

I am not making it my personal mission to get you banned, but you have ruined every ranked game we play together, and I'm sick of it. You did this the first time because you were mad that I made a mistake; now YOU have made ruining my experience YOUR vendetta. I would just "play the game" if you would stop ruining it every time we are in the same game!

Thirdly, I reported you because I (and several others) believe you broke the rules. That's how this works. And until Shapesifter gives his final word and moves this to closed reports, we are both wrong. So just let it go for now, shall we?
