Mobile vs Computer PTR

With Computers on the PTR, I find it weird as some players just want to play with a typing advantage. Is there a way we can prevent this? the only positives I see for the mobile side is the ability to repick a host.

Was this a recent change or was that how it's always been?

I was playing on mobile a week-ish ago when ShadowsGather mentioned the host was AFK and he was trying to get people to repick on Desktop PTR so the game could happen.
So I switched to Desktop PTR to help and noticed the same players (including the AFK host) from mobile were still there.

I think Josh has confused a lot of people. According to him, they are not supposed to be playing together, but it would seem Gather has proven it wrong.
