Yes, there may be no town motivation, or common sense, behind his words ... but it is indefinite that a mafia player would not act so foolishly. The question wouldn't be necessary if you're a town role and already had abilities sent to you if you were a night-action town role, and citizen is an obvious role to understand. Greenrabbit, could you please justify as to why you need to keep reminding us that you need "reasons" to change your vote every time you vote somebody. If anyone is pointing fingers, its you because you're trying to stick to people and get a motion against them. Here are a few slips that you've managed to not follow, coming from your own words:

It’s not too early now, that was page 2. Nothing had happened. I have a good idea of who people are now. When I’m not on my phone I’ll put individual assessments of each person from what I’ve gathered.
Yes, but notice how I’m doing it. I asked him for a reason, and used my vote as a way to get that reason. That way I’m more likely to get my answer.
I’m sticking to people to be consistent. I don’t want people to think I’m scummy, accusing people left and right, so I’m accusing just one person and gathering information on that person.
Apprentice too was on my radar earlier, but somehow managed to change my mind.
