VFM 37: THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

in order to participate Salem TV requires you to agree to the following contract.

• All FM Rules apply
  
• Awards: This is not an official Episode so there will be no awards except for bragging rights.
  
• Respect: Salem TV expects proper behaviour from contestants.
  
• Inactivity: This is reality TV, reality is boring but you should make it exciting.If a player hasn’t made any game related content in 24 hours they’ll be prodded. The player has 18 hours to respond to the prod. Should the player fail to respond, they’ll be force replaced and another fortunate contestant will take their place.
  
• Action Labeling: Our producers will process the mafia's night kill in the Mafia Chat. There are no other day or night actions.
  
• Flavor: Salem TV discourages the use of flavor to try to solve the game.
  
• Codes: Salem TV forbids the use of codes and encryptions. Signals can be used however.
  
• Voting: To eliminate someone from the game vote them using the following format: /vote Player. Only bolded votes will be counted. Votes with nicknames and abbreviations will be counted at my discretion.
  
• Fun: In Salem TV we believe that the most important rule our contestants should follow is to have fun.

Setup:

• 9 townies and 2 mafia.
• Everyone is a neighbour.
• 96 hours day phases and 24 hours night phases.
• Each player is in a neighbour chat with their next door neighbours. This means that each player will be in three neighbour chats at the same time.
• The playerlist does not decide who your next door neighbours are, it will be decided by RNG.
• Both mafia may be neighbours.
• Mafia has day and night chat.
• Neighbours also have day and night chat.
• Majority and Plurality are enabled.
• Day 1 lynch is enabled.
• Neighbour and Mafia chats are on Discord. If this is an inconvenience for anyone, please PM me and ZSSDistortion to try to look for an alternative.
