Make Hypnotist part of regular game

The mafia needs a buff especially in high ELO rank games where VFR is popular the Hypno allows for extra claim space. Giving mafia a good buff, you can limit it to only 3 if you feel it buffs it to much.

If I'm correct the devs have said that: no role unique to the Coven Expansion will be added to the regular game.

That's a shame, Hypnotist would have given mafia a much-needed buff

Just this one role? To help mafia imagine how much harder master ELO will be when town really thinks you are doc cause you healed them.
