New Game Mode: Camp of Salem!

Welcome to the happiest camp in Salem!

Hey everyone, this is my suggestion for a new Chaos game mode called "Camp of Salem", inspired by cult classic slasher films such as the Friday the 13th series, and Sleepaway Camp. In this mode, fourteen people play Escorts... *cough* I mean campers, trying to weed out the Serial Killer among them. Do you have what it takes to figure out who's the wolf in sheep's clothing, or you will end up the next victim of this psychopath?

Possible Achievements:

Cult Classic Win a Camp of Salem game as the Serial Killer.
What is "Meta"? Win a Camp of Salem game as an Escort.
Final Girl Be the last Escort standing against the Serial killer, and win.

This is a follow up suggestion for a special Halloween version called "Camp of Salem II". Why did the mayor think it was a good idea to re-open Camp Salem on Halloween? Who knows! Just like the original we start off with fourteen Escorts and a Serial Killer, but the twist is that if and when the Serial Killer is lynched, a random Escort becomes a Serial Killer the following day.

Possible Achievements:

They Never Stay Dead Win a Camp of Salem II game as the Serial Killer.
A Million Sequels Win 5 Camp of Salem II games.
Scream Queen Have Final Girl unlocked and be the last Escort standing against the Serial Killer, and win.

I know what you're probably thinking... a bunch of Escorts dying but no cops or concerned parents? In this installment of Camp of Salem, there is ONE Sheriff against FOURTEEN Serial Killers... Yeah, escort vs sk doesn't work in the escort's favour no matter how you look at it

The notion of escorts becoming sk's is interesting but seems just as broken as vamps tbh

That was a joke. It is definitely impossible to achieve Final Girl unless the Serial Killer leaves the game, it should be changed to just being the last Escort alive... fourteen Escorts against one Serial Killer seems balanced to me, maybe a little tilted towards the Escorts.

A little tilted? If every Escort writes who they visit, and several people die visiting the same person, the SK is easily outed. I killed a Consort and Escort in one night, so clearly it's possible. (Rick and Carl Grimes, it was hilarious)
The second suggestion is kind of stupid. How does it decide who becomes the SK? RNG? Yeah, no.
The third is a joke and should never really be added, unless it's only available on April First(I assume it would) and no MP or achievements are earned. Oh, and it can't affect wins/losses.

Carl was the Consort, I would've loved to see that conversation. My deathnote was even aimed at one of them I'm pretty sure. Too bad I didn't realize i could change it after someone dies back then.

Real problem with this game mode, is it has an instant solve solution to autowin day 2 for escorts. with a total of 1 casualty.

The Mayor is the Camp Councilor, the Escorts are the Campers, the Mafioso is the jealous girl, and the SK is the creepy evil. SK and Mafioso can win together, and if the Mayor dies the evils win the next day after it's revealed.

While amusing theme wise... it is still auto solvable in 2 days with the only weakness being if the mafioso and SK being neighbors.

D1, Mayor reveals instructs all escorts to RB one number above them, skipping the mayor and 15 RBing 1.
D2. Lynch the SK (1 number below the escort that was killed), repeat day 1's instructions.
D3.
have non-rbed escort call out. Number below him is mafioso.


If mafioso is neighbors with SK, obviously the mayor dies n1 and it's game.

(on another note, happiest camp in salem seems unfortunately close to vigilantics, albeit marginally better because dead SKs can still win.)

I do agree, at least outside of ranked, though I'd say it is hard to act dumb when you know the autowin answer.

Don't forget this little tidbit:

So technically the Serial Killer is the only one allowed to win. The problem is, should you lynch your fellow Escorts so you have an increased chance of winning or just instalynch the Serial Killer so that you may be a Serial Killer?
