Executioner adjustments

My friend had a bad time playing executioner when his target's role is unique. I suggest you guys should only limit the executioner's target with non unique town roles. Sorry for my bad english tho

I agree with that idea, town unique roles are quiet easy to confirm.

I disagree. We're not changing any of Executioner's targets, and adding Spy has opened this can of worms of 'Oh let's add this role! oh, and this one!'.

Leave Executioner as it is, or add Spy back to the list of possible roles. Otherwise, it's fine as it is, and we won't be adding more roles to the exception list.

I think that Spy should just be removed, Mayor should read whispers, and Orange's Osservatore gets added. Executioner should then be able to target everyone except for Town Power.
