i paid for a bundle i never got

Hello.
I paid for a bundle/special offer, it was the serial killer offer, with the skin, the house, 3 scrolls of my choice and some coins for 1.50$ instead of 5.00$
There wasn't much time left so i quickly bought the sheet via paypal, the transaction ended and i was redirected, but the page wasn't charged even after 5 minutes.

I closed the page and logged out, then log on, no serial killer skin, no house, no scrolls and no coins.
What should i do ?

i checked on paypal to see my receipt and no payments were done, so i am okay.
but still, today i tried to buy the vigilante one, and same thing i was redirected, the page don't charge, no payments, etc, maybe there is a problem with the site ?

It is possible, but we are getting other payments. Is it possible that something is wrong with your PayPal?
