Neighborizing is opening a Quicktopic, or some other form of private communication, with someone.
Its not hostile, I'm just under the assumption that my uber prevents any abilities from working on my target

There are no actual protectives this games(excluding the transporter claim which we haven't received) as none of our protectives can protect every night.

Sometimes there are restrictions or other functions that go with it, but it's not detrimental by nature.

Judging by Xanet and Munch's interaction (IIRC) it's possible. Would explain the multiple abilities too.

That would mean that there is an entire mafia faction that is sheriff immune
