It's because he's a mentioned lynch target by one player (ryan) that has not outright claimed something. Creature was in the same boat beforehand, but before we could speculate whether they were town or what they could do, Creature claimed. If you read what I said, I said bib could be town investigative at best. Next would be TK, but not of the Vet nature, as bib hasn't drawn enough attention to himself like ryan has. I'm also not going to consider anyone else being a protective with as many claims as we have. Cit would be after TK, since Cit is something I've not seen anyone mention yet (i.e. full Stock items and the ghost hat).
That being said, players this game are very claim happy, so we've had little opportunity to actually speculate on notable players that have not outright claimed something.
